Key objectives

Identify and assess DEI challenges in the workplace

Analyse barriers, needs, and expectations related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on underrepresented and vulnerable groups.

Design and deliver targeted DEI training programmes

Develop practical, accessible training modules that help organisations understand DEI concepts, recognise bias, and apply inclusive practices in real work settings.

Develop the LeadDEI Digital Hub

Create an AI-enabled online platform that hosts training materials, tools, simulations, and resources to support continuous DEI learning and organisational change.

Support inclusive leadership and decision-making

Promote inclusive leadership skills, cognitive diversity, and fair decision-making processes within organisations.

Educate on tools for DEI monitoring and support

Educate organisations on freely available tools to track DEI progress, provide personalised recommendations, and support evidence-based actions.

Raise awareness and promote sustainability of DEI practices

Disseminate project results widely and encourage long-term adoption of inclusive policies and practices across European workplaces.
