This deliverable is the core implementation deliverable of WP3, translating the findings of D3.1 into practical, user-centred learning and digital solutions.
D3.2 delivers a comprehensive set of DEI training programmes and digital learning materials, integrated within the LeadDEI Digital Hub. The content is evidence-based, modular, and designed to support both individual learning and organisational change across diverse workplace contexts.
D4.2 LeadDEI Hub
This deliverable is the core digital infrastructure deliverable of WP4, providing the integrated, AI-enabled platform that hosts, delivers, and sustains all LeadDEI learning, assessment, and support services.
D4.2 delivers the fully developed LeadDEI Hub, a user-centred digital platform designed to support the implementation and long-term uptake of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in European workplaces. The Hub operationalises the training content and frameworks developed in WP3 and translates them into an accessible, interactive, and scalable digital environment.
D5.3 Digital Guide for end-users
This deliverable is a practical implementation deliverable of WP5, designed to support seamless and effective use of the LeadDEI Hub and its associated tools by organisations and individual learners.
D5.3 provides a comprehensive, user-friendly guide that helps end-users navigate the LeadDEI Hub, understand the DEI resources, and apply them effectively in workplace settings. It ensures that all project outputs, including training programmes, self-assessment tools, role-playing simulations, and AI-powered support features, are accessible, understandable, and actionable for diverse audiences.
D5.4 LeadDEI project validation results and impact
D5.4 presents the results of pilot testing, user validation, and impact assessment carried out with end-users and partner organisations. It evaluates how effectively the LeadDEI outputs address workplace DEI challenges and promote inclusive practices.
D5.4 ensures that LeadDEI outcomes are practical, measurable, and transferable, demonstrating real-world impact and guiding organisations in their efforts to embed DEI practices effectively.
